Black Bean and Chorizo Chili

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chiles, onion, garlic and chorizo until tender. Add chili powder, cumin, lime juice, oregano, cinnamon, beans, tomatoes, and corn and simmer 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, add chocolate, season to taste, and serve with sour cream and cheese.
  3. Plate, garnish with sour cream and cilantro, and serve.
